SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy is based on the current rates applied through UPS. There are shipping options to correspond with any schedule expectations and we package all products properly to guarantee all merchandise is unblemished. Baked Goods cannot be shipped at this time. Local pickup or delivery only.
From the time your order is completed, your order will undergo a 4 day processing period and then will be shipped. Each order is made from scratch as soon as your request is received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because we make a fresh, made to order product, we do not honor returns. However, if you are not satisfied with our merchandise, we are more than happy to complete another order that will reimburse the product. (Custom order sales are final)
Within 24 hours of your purchase, you can cancel your order for a full refund. After 24 hours from your original purchase, if you would like to cancel your order, there will be a 40% charge of your original order total and nothing will be shipped.
